Flashbulb Memories of the Spaces (2016)

Silkscreen printing on window screen, acrylic paint, poplar, hinges, slip-casted ceramics, found objects(metal meshes with bricks)

Architecture reflects the memory of history, politics, environment, and culture. I quest for what human habitat means. Due to urban regeneration projects, the old habitats have been demolished consistently. There have been conflicts between the building preservation and deconstruction. This causes me to reconsider the meaning of life and death in cities.
